Find the course you want and register from your computer. The registration forms are protected by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which ensures that your information is protected.

Register by Phone
Phone registrations are accepted if payment is made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Please call 817-257-7132.

Register in Person
Registrations are accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office has moved to 3015 Merida Ave., so please feel free to call 817-257-7132 if you need directions.

Register by Mail
Use the Enrollment Form included in the Learner's Guide. (To receive a copy of the Learner's Guide, stop by or call our office at 817- 257-7132.) Please mail the form with credit card information or a check made payable to TCU to Extended Education, TCU Box 297026, Texas Christian University, Fort Worth, TX 76129.

Register by FAX

Cancellation Policies
The University reserves the right to substitute speakers and/or instructors in unavoidable circumstances. The University reserves the right to cancel any course or section that does not generate a satisfactory enrollment. Efforts will be made to accommodate students affected by class cancellations in other sections or courses as appropriate.

Refund Policy
Unless otherwise indicated, a 100% refund will be provided if a registration is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start of a class. If a course is canceled by TCU, a full refund will be made.

Textbooks
If your class requires or recommends a book, they are most readily available on-line through venues such as Amazon.com. You can also check with area book retailers.

Senior Citizen Discount
TCU heartily subscribes to the philosophy that learning is a lifelong process. To this end, Extended Education encourages persons 60 years and older to pursue personal and cultural interests by offering a 25 percent senior citizen's discount on eligible courses. Please enter your birth date (month and year) in the appropriate area on the registration to receive your discount. (The discount will be reflected on your credit card receipt and course confirmation that you receive by mail.)

Course Confirmation
If you register at least one week in advance of the class, you will receive a course confirmation in the mail.

Age Recommendation
Unless a course is specifically designed for youth under the age of 18, all Extended Education courses are intended for the adult learner.
